We still advise keeping an eye on social media before making a special trip or calling ahead to check the specific store you want to visit is open.

Stores are still taking regular deliveries of stock. However, individual stores may put restrictions on the amount of stock each customer can purchase at their discretion. Please shop responsibly and think of others before stockpiling.

We understand that this is a difficult time and want to reassure you that the wellbeing of our team, stores and customers is our top priority. We are working closely with our stores throughout this challenging period to maintain our consistently high standards and we will continue to follow advice from our local health authority, the Government and the World Health Organisation.

Throughout the last fortnight, Ladysmith Shopping Centre has enhanced its already stringent cleaning protocols and postponed its events schedule. Shopping centre and retail staff had already and will continue to be advised to self-isolate if they show any symptoms to help prevent the spread.

We encourage our visitors to follow the Government’s advice to frequently wash their hands. We also ask customers to strictly follow Government guidance on isolation and not to enter the centre if they are showing any symptoms of the virus (new, continuous cough and / or high temperature).

We are advising anyone concerned to visit the NHS, World Organisation for Health and Public Health England websites to keep up to date with the latest announcements

The shopping centre and our stores will continue to work hard to help this community, and we ask that our visitors shop sensitively, considerately and respectfully. This is a fast-moving situation and we will issue updates as and when we have them.
